  • Why choose RCultures over other programs?

    RCultures has designed our learning experiences to be interactive with meaning. Our training is much more than a lecture, but a full program that will allow the participants to leave with a learning experience like no other. This is not the normal check in the box training that you get from some diversity programs and online. This is an enriching program that will increase awareness of cultures, knowledge and skills while understanding the dynamics of difference.

  • Why does my company or organization need cultural competency training?

  • Are there class size limitations?

    Because our program focuses on dialogue and actual participant interaction, at RCultures we believe to be most effective our class size should be 20 participants. This can be adjusted after talking to one of our consultants on the organization’s specific needs.

  • Do you offer your Cultural Competency Training to larger groups?

    RCultures is able to present a 1 hour Taste of Cultural Competency that will present the basic message to those attending. This motivational speech can be presented to any size group at your company, organization or school.

  • Do you offer C.E.U.'s (Continuing Education Units) for participation in the Cultural Competency Training?

    Yes, our course has been accredited and depending on your board CEUs are available.

  • How long is the program?

    Our trainings are presented in 2, 4 and 8 hour workshops. RCultures also offers a 2 hour prevention of sexual harassment workshop with a 1 hour annual follow up. Please contact us or give us a call to find out which program best fits your needs.

  • How do I determine which training is best for my company?

    An RCultures consultant will meet with you and your company to discuss how we can custom design a program to fit your company’s needs.

  • What is the cost of your programs?

    Your cost will be determined based on the number of participants and length of training. An RCultures consultant will be able to quote you a price after we are able to obtain exactly what your company needs. We guarantee that you and your employees will be 100% satisfied with the training based on our prices. If not, we at RCultures are so confident that we offer a guarantee policy if you are not completely satisfied based on the evaluations.
